When a limited banner ends, the rate-up operator stays in the pool for the next two limited banners as a possible off-banner pull. Missing someone isn't forever — but a guaranteed shot is.
Pull 60 on each limited banner: you bank a Headhunting Dossier (10 pulls next banner) plus the 30-pull urgent bonus. It maximizes free pulls across versions at the cost of sometimes missing the spark.
The 120-pull guarantee resets when the banner ends. If you can't reach 120 before Sep 30, either commit fully to Yvonne's window or keep saving for the 1.6 newcomers.
